When an account is set as Primary on your console, all games and PlayStation Plus benefits become available to every user on that same console — Keep in mind that Primary can only be active on one console at a time.

With a Secondary account, the games and PlayStation Plus only work on the specific user provided to you — no other user on the same console can access them. An internet connection is always required for games to run. Just like Primary, Secondary only works on one console at a time.
What is the difference between PS4 Primary and PS5 Primary?
It’s about your console type. A PS4 Primary only works on a PlayStation 4, and a PS5 Primary only works on a PlayStation 5. If you buy a PS4 Primary but your console is a PS5, the account will be removed from your console. Always make sure you select the correct Primary type that matches your device.
If I bought a game as Secondary, can I also buy PlayStation Plus as Secondary?
No. For games and PlayStation Plus to work together, at least one of them must be Primary. You have two valid options:
Buy the game as Secondary + buy PlayStation Plus as Primary
Buy the game as Primary + buy PlayStation Plus as Secondary
If both the game and PlayStation Plus are Secondary, they will not work together.
Can I buy a Secondary account and activate it as Primary?
Absolutely not. This is strictly forbidden. If you attempt to set a Secondary account as Primary on your console, the account will be immediately removed and no refund will be issued. Always purchase the correct account type for your needs from the start.
Can I buy more than one Primary account and activate them all as Primary?
Yes, absolutely. You can set multiple accounts as Primary on the same console. Your PlayStation console supports up to 16 accounts, and all of them can be set as Primary simultaneously. However, if you want to play games and go online using your own personal account, make sure you buy both the game and PlayStation Plus as Primary on your personal account.

مع الساكندري، الألعاب والبلس بيشتغلوا بس على اليوزر اللي بتاخدة — أي يوزر تاني على نفس الجهاز مش هيقدر يوصلهم. لازم يكون عندك إنترنت دايماً عشان الألعاب تشتغل. وزي البرايماري، الساكندري برضه بيشتغل على جهاز واحد بس في نفس الوقت.
إيه الفرق بين البرايماري 4 والبرايماري 5؟
الفرق هو نوع جهازك. البرايماري 4 بيشتغل على بلايستيشن 4 بس، والبرايماري 5 بيشتغل على بلايستيشن 5 بس. لو اشتريت برايماري 4 وجهازك PS5، الأكاونت هيتسحب منك. دايماً تأكد إنك بتختار النوع الصح اللي بيناسب جهازك.

لا، ممنوع منعاً باتاً. لو حاولت تحط أكاونت ساكندري كبرايماري على جهازك، الأكاونت هيتسحب على طول ومش هيرجعلك فلوسك. دايماً اشتري النوع الصح من الأول.
ينفع أشتري أكتر من حساب برايماري وأعملهم كلهم برايماري؟
أيوه، ينفع. تقدر تحط أكتر من أكاونت كبرايماري على نفس الجهاز. الجهاز بيشيل لحد 16 أكاونت وكلهم ممكن يكونوا برايماري في نفس الوقت. بس لو عايز تلعب أونلاين على أكاونتك الشخصي، تأكد إنك اشتريت اللعبة والبلس برايماري على أكاونتك الشخصي.
