Refund policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

This applies to all digital goods, such as games, CD keys and prepaid gift cards, which are delivered electronically and instantly.

Before you buy

Customers must verify the following before completing a purchase:

  • Product details: the exact item, value and edition you want.
  • Regional compatibility: for example, that the gift card region matches your account's region.

Not sure which region or product is right for you? Ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

Fraud and liability

  • Egy4Gamers is not responsible for fraudulent transactions made with stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
  • In such cases, Egy4Gamers has no obligation to refund or reverse the transaction.
  • The user is responsible for making sure their payment method is legitimate.

Sharing codes

If you share, send, or transfer any purchased codes to another person, you take full responsibility for any consequences. Egy4Gamers bears no responsibility in such cases.

Agreement to terms

  • By using the website or service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
