Which account type is right for you?

Every PlayStation game account and PlayStation Plus subscription comes in one of three types.

Primary

Shared with everyone on your console

  • All games and PlayStation Plus benefits work for every user on the same console.
  • Active on one console at a time.
  • Choose PS4 Primary or PS5 Primary to match your console.

Secondary

Only on the user we give you

  • Games and PlayStation Plus work only on the user provided to you.
  • An internet connection is always required for games to run.
  • Active on one console at a time.
Most flexible

Full Account

Complete control of the account

  • Change the password and manage the account however you like.
  • Use it on up to 3 consoles at the same time:
  • PS4 Primary + PS5 Primary + one Secondary on any console.

Buying a game and PlayStation Plus together?

Account types

What is a Full Account?

With a Full Account you have complete control over the account: you can change the password and manage it however you like. You can also share it across up to 3 consoles at the same time:

  • One Primary on PlayStation 4
  • One Primary on PlayStation 5
  • One Secondary on any console
What is a Primary account?

When an account is set as Primary on your console, all games and PlayStation Plus benefits become available to every user on that same console. Keep in mind that Primary can only be active on one console at a time.

What is a Secondary account?

With a Secondary account, the games and PlayStation Plus only work on the specific user provided to you. No other user on the same console can access them. An internet connection is always required for games to run. Just like Primary, Secondary only works on one console at a time.

What is the difference between PS4 Primary and PS5 Primary?

It's about your console type. A PS4 Primary only works on a PlayStation 4, and a PS5 Primary only works on a PlayStation 5. If you buy a PS4 Primary but your console is a PS5, the account will be removed from your console. Always make sure you select the correct Primary type for your device.

Buying the right combination

If I bought a game as Secondary, can I also buy PlayStation Plus as Secondary?

No. For games and PlayStation Plus to work together, at least one of them must be Primary. You have two valid options:

  • Buy the game as Secondary + PlayStation Plus as Primary
  • Buy the game as Primary + PlayStation Plus as Secondary

If both the game and PlayStation Plus are Secondary, they will not work together.

Can I buy a Secondary account and activate it as Primary?

Absolutely not. This is strictly forbidden. If you attempt to set a Secondary account as Primary on your console, the account will be immediately removed and no refund will be issued. Always purchase the correct account type from the start.

Can I buy more than one Primary account and activate them all as Primary?

Yes. You can set multiple accounts as Primary on the same console. Your PlayStation console supports up to 16 accounts, and all of them can be set as Primary at the same time. However, if you want to play games and go online using your own personal account, make sure you buy both the game and PlayStation Plus as Primary on your personal account.

Orders and support

Can I get a refund?

Digital products are delivered instantly, so all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please check the product, the account type and the region before you order. See our المبالغ المستردة والإرجاع policy for details.

How do I choose the right region?

The region of the card must match the region of your PlayStation account. If you're not sure which one you need, message us on WhatsApp before you order.

Why are you asking me to verify my payment?

To protect our customers from stolen or unauthorised card use, we may ask for a screenshot of the bank SMS or notification, or a copy of the payment receipt, before delivering your order. The order is held until we receive it. See our الأحكام والشروط.
