• Hall Effect analog sticks — magnetic sensors instead of the stock potentiometers, so there’s no physical contact wear. This is the fix for stick drift, and it’s backed by a lifetime warranty against drift on the sticks specifically.

• Full button, trigger, touchpad, and haptic feedback functionality — nothing is disabled or modified beyond the shell and sticks

Every custom controller ships with a full 1-year warranty covering the controller as a whole, including the custom design and custom paint work, plus a lifetime Hall Effect warranty against stick drift. The warranty does not cover liquid exposure (water, alcohol, cleaning chemicals), physical damage from drops or impact, unauthorized repair/disassembly outside Egy4Gamers, heat/humidity/fire damage, or misuse. A purchase invoice or order number is required for any warranty claim, and the unit is inspected first to confirm the fault isn’t due to misuse. Never clean the controller with water, alcohol, or any liquid — this voids the warranty immediately.
