Delete your Egy4Gamers account

The Egy4Gamers app and egy4gamers.com share one account. You can delete it in either of two ways:

  1. In the app: My account → Delete my account. Confirm with your password, or with the code we email you if you sign in with WhatsApp, Google or Apple. The account is deleted at once.
  2. On this page: enter your account's email address below. We email you a link; open it and press "Delete my account". The account is deleted at once.

What is deleted

Your account and profile (name, email, phone, saved addresses), your password, sign-in sessions, registered devices and notification tokens, your wishlist and your saved WhatsApp and email verifications.

What is kept

Order and payment records that Egyptian tax and accounting law requires us to keep, no longer linked to an account, and a security log that holds no readable IP address. Codes already delivered stay in your email and WhatsApp. Save any codes you still need before deleting.
